At TheCeletrix, we strive to provide top-quality services to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to modify or cancel your service. Below is our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment up to [6] hours/days before the scheduled service without incurring a fee.
Cancellations made after the allowed timeframe may be subject to a [50]% cancellation fee or a non-refundable deposit.

Refunds
Refunds are considered based on the nature of the service and the stage of completion:
Prepaid services: If a service has been paid for but not yet delivered, you may request a full or partial refund, depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Ongoing services: If a service is in progress, refunds will be issued based on the work completed. A prorated refund may be provided at our discretion.
Completed services: Since services involve time and expertise, completed services are nonrefundable. However, if you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to reach out so we can work towards a resolution.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled service without prior notice, it will be considered a “noshow” and may result in no refund or a full charge for the missed service.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within [2] days of completion. We will review your concerns and may offer a revision, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
